You became a Therapist to help others, but who is helping you?

Can you relate?

- Overwhelmed trying to figure out how to balance doing what you love and running a business

- Frustrated because you feel like you’re constantly playing “catch-up”

- Confused that you don’t have more clients lined up

- Discouraged because this is not how you dreamed opening a private practice would be like

Don’t worry- you’re not alone! There are many other therapists out there learning to navigate running a business.

Hi, I’m Diana.

My background is in Mental Health and Counseling, earning an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Journalism.

After college, I worked as a Case Manager, helping therapists with their treatment plans and caseload. Often, their clients became my clients and we would have our own sessions, ensuring they were on track with their treatment and helping them get closer to their goals.

I moved into Human Resources and helped companies recruit and staff their growing businesses. Through this, I learned how policies work and how to develop them, what goes into finding great candidates, building retention or preparing for turnover, and how to keep people motivated at work.

I later became a Crisis Counselor, helping individuals in the midst of the pandemic learn to cope with the unexpected changes taking place.

Along with many, the pandemic also affected me and the traditional 9-5 jobs took a downturn. At the end of 2020, I decided to take my resources and skillset and start helping business owners and mainly therapists. My heart has always been dedicated to helping others and this seemed like the perfect moment.

I’ve since helped many therapists across the US with the back end and day-to-day of their business. It has been a rewarding journey and I hope to help you in your business as well.

I’m here to help you. I’ve helped many therapists across the U.S. with their private practice.
