How do you charge?

We offer a variety of retainer plans. No hidden fees. No charge for our initial call.

When do you typically work?

My team and I work around the clock. If you have a project with a deadline, we will work together to make sure it is done on time.

If there is a reason we are unable to provide services, thorough communication will be provided.

*National Holidays are an exception to around-the-clock service, unless otherwise able to.

How will we communicate?

Now more than ever, we live in a world where communication is most accessible. Whatever is convenient for you, phone, text, email, letters (although I don’t think this is the most efficient), or video call.

We can set up daily check-ins, and weekly check-ins. This is assistance designed to your needs. Some weeks may require more attention than others and that’s OK. We’ll work together!

You also offer yoga + coaching?

Yes! I am a dual-certified Life Coach and Yoga Instructor, along with a background in Psychology.

I offer one-on-one or group yoga classes that are personalized to what you are wanting or need to work on. Maybe you are a first-time “yogi”, no worries. I’ll meet you where you are.

I also offer one-on-one coaching where we will go over coping skills, personal strategizing, mindfulness + meditation, and how you as a whole can benefit your business and flourish in your own personal life.
