Payroll Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Managing client communication and document gathering. Work with business owners to download payroll reports and PPP loan information and connect payroll software with internal accounting software. Conduct kick-off meetings via zoom with business owners or the team to efficiently collect information. Kick-off meetings usually last 15 to 30 minutes.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, Quickbooks, Paylocity, and others

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service as this is a client-facing role

  • Excellent internet connection and accessibility to ZOOM

  • Available during normal business hours to communicate with clients

  • Skilled in Administrative Support, Excel, Data Entry, Accounting Basics, and Email Communication

Additional Information:

  • This is a contract position

  • The estimated project length is 6 months but the client may keep you on the team longer based on the need

  • This role is approximately 15 to 20 hours a week

  • The role is 100% remote
