Payroll Customer Service Specialist
Job Description:
Managing client communication and document gathering. Work with business owners to download payroll reports and PPP loan information and connect payroll software with internal accounting software. Conduct kick-off meetings via zoom with business owners or the team to efficiently collect information. Kick-off meetings usually last 15 to 30 minutes.
Requirements:
Must have experience with payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, Quickbooks, Paylocity, and others
Ability to provide excellent customer service as this is a client-facing role
Excellent internet connection and accessibility to ZOOM
Available during normal business hours to communicate with clients
Skilled in Administrative Support, Excel, Data Entry, Accounting Basics, and Email Communication
Additional Information:
This is a contract position
The estimated project length is 6 months but the client may keep you on the team longer based on the need
This role is approximately 15 to 20 hours a week
The role is 100% remote
